In individual cases (for example, in the case of a particular proximity of the apartment to an appraisal value, calculation of health claims, or, in principle, in conflict-prone construction situations), affected residents can apply for a free control measurement after commissioning the facility at Telereal. Telereal reserves the right to carry out this measurement itself or to commission an accredited institute (TÜV Austria, TGM, Seibersdorf Austrian Research Center). The Vienna Environmental Prosecutor's Office [Wiener Umweltanwaltschaft] is informed about the result of such measurements.
